Returns Policy
We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you decide it’s not quite right, you can return most items to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this time frame with be refunded in store credit only.
Items that cannot be returned are listed below:
- Jewellery
- Handmade
- Personalised
- Furniture
- Journals or wall art
- Worn or used clothing, pyjamas & bedding
Please email us at info@creativefemininity.co.uk if you do decide on returning or exchanging an item.
It's recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received by us, we will get to work on processing your return. You’ll receive a refund within 14 days of returning the item to the same payment method you used.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours or secure areas. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with the courier enquiry.
For added peace of mind, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location where possible.
