Returns 

We are more than happy to offer an exchange or a refund on your order. Items that cannot be returned are listed below:

• Jewellery 
• Handmade 
• Personalised 
• Furniture
• Worn or used clothing, pyjamas & bedding

All other items have a returns period of 14 days. Return requests not returned within the 14 day period will be refunded in store credit. Please email us at info@creativefemininity.co.uk if you do decide on returning or exchanging an item. 

It's recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, a refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
